The Site does not process direct online payments or completed purchases; all sales and rental transactions are finalized through a separate written quote, order confirmation, or rental/sale agreement between you and CMG Containers.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMG CONTAINERS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
